Theseus Studio is a premium custom sneaker brand specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order footwear. Due to the artistic nature of our products, every pair is unique and may vary slightly from product images or mockups.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
We currently accept online prepaid payments only. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Custom Products
Every pair is handcrafted and made specifically for the customer.
Minor variations in color, brush strokes, texture, placement, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Customers acknowledge that handcrafted products cannot be perfectly identical to reference images or previous designs.
6. Production & Design Updates
Production begins after payment has been received.
Before dispatch, Theseus Studio may share photographs of the completed sneakers as a courtesy. These images are provided as a production update only and do not constitute a design approval or revision stage.
Once production has begun, requests for redesigns, artwork changes, or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
7. Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Theseus Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom-made products are generally not eligible for return due to changes of mind or personal preferences.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, and other creative materials, is the exclusive property of Theseus Studio unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
10. Customer Content
If you provide reference images, design ideas, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.
Theseus Studio reserves the right to refuse requests that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
