Every pair of sneakers is handcrafted and made to order. Because each design is created individually, production takes place before your order is shipped.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been successfully received, your order is added to our production queue.

As all products are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production. Fully customized designs or limited edition releases may require additional time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Production Update

Before dispatch, we'll share photos of your completed sneakers as a courtesy so you can view the final craftsmanship.

These photos are provided as a production update only and do not serve as a design approval or revision stage.

Shipping Times

India

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be subject to the terms of the promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Theseus Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

Theseus Studio is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
