Return & Refund Policy

At Theseus Studio, every pair of sneakers is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from that of mass-produced footwear.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Personalized or custom artwork

  • Minor handmade variations in color, brush strokes, texture, or finish

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

As each pair is created specifically for you, returned custom products cannot be resold.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by Theseus Studio.

  • You receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered due to an error on our part.

  • Your order arrives with verified manufacturing defects.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider several business days to complete the transaction.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the sneakers

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Design Preview

Before dispatch, we'll share photos of your completed sneakers as a courtesy so you can view the final craftsmanship.

These photos are provided as a production update only and do not serve as a design approval or revision stage.

Once production has begun, requests for redesigns, artwork changes, or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Handmade Artwork

Every pair is individually hand-painted by hand. Slight variations in brush strokes, color placement, texture, and finish are a natural part of the handcrafted process and make each pair unique.

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled because it is being created specifically for you.
